Quick Tip: How to Easily Share Google Analytics with Others



Lets admit it, Google Analytics is pretty awesome. It lets you see where your traffic is coming from, where they live, what platform they use, what search term they used, and a ton of other helpful information. Because google analytics provides you with so much information, multipe people want accesses to in in your business. However, its set up under you email and your not about to give them the your password. Luckily the folks at Google have made it easily to share Google Analytics profiles with multiple people in your organization. 


Step 1:
After signing in to google analytics find the profile you want to share.


Step 2:

Click on the admin tap in the upper right hand corder of the screen






Step 3:

Once there make sure you have the right Google Analytics profile that you want to share, and click on users.





Step 4:

Click on the new user button and ender the Google email of the persona you want to share analytics with. You will also be able to decide whether or not they have administrative access.




Step 5:

Analytics is now shared with the new person. But just to be sure verify that the new user has accesses.
